Outline
The simulator is ideal for CPR training, equipped with a controller that can record operational data for debriefing after training. An ideal choice for trainees not only learning how to perform good quality CPR but also remembering how to do it so they are ready if the time comes to perform for real.
Skills Gained
· Familiar with the anatomy
· CPR training skills
Features
· Manikin with flexible joints supports handling training
· Realistic head tilt & chest movement, airway opening can be simulated
· Norma, dilated and contracted pupil can be simulated
· Realistic chest compression resistance allows the students to experience the amount of pressure needed to perform proper chest compressions in a real-life situation
· Compression position and depth are confirmed by a light indicator and voice prompt
1. Yellow indicator light and voice prompt show insufficient compression depth
2. Green indicator light shows correct compression depth
3. Red indicator light and voice prompt show excessive compression depth
· Tidal volume can be detected and accompanied by voice prompt
1. Low tidal volume will be indicated by a yellow indicator light and a voice prompt
2. Correct tidal volume will be indicated by a green indicator light and a voice prompt
3. Excessive tidal volume will be indicated by a red indicator light and a voice prompt
4. If the gas enters the stomach, it will be indicated by a gastric inflation indicator light and a voice prompt.
· Chest compression and tidal volume can be displayed digitally
· Three modes of operation are available: CPR training mode, assessment mode, and custom mode.
1) Training mode allows for the practice of compression and ventilation.
2) Assessment mode requires completing 5 cycles of operations within a specified time, with the system automatically scoring performance.
3) Custom mode enables instructors to set their own operational time frames and cycle counts, with the system automatically scoring upon completion of operations.
· The display screen features include:
1) Real-time monitoring: capable of monitoring the airway opeining and the location of compressions, displaying the correct and incorrect times of ventilation and compression.
2) Voice prompts: throughout the training and assessment, voice prompts are available, which can be turned on or off, with adjustable volume settings.
3) Operation time: the time is measured in seconds.
· Print function:
Data printing is available, there are two print modes:
1) Brief print: This mode prints the performance scores of compression and ventilation throughout the operation, along with a comprehensive assessment score.
2) Detailed print: In addition to the brief print content, this mode also displays waveform graphs for compression and ventilation.
